After WWII, John and Margaret Frost opened the first Jack Frost sporting goods store in Jackson, New Hampshire. They enjoyed many years of providing visitors to the beautiful and popular White Mountains resort town with outdoor products including alpine and cross country ski equipment, snow shoes, climbing and hiking gear. Jack Frost is truly one of the first "specialty ski shops" in the country.
The shop in Newry, Maine was opened by store managers involved with the original development of the Sunday River Ski Resort.
Fred and Debbie Cowin continue a long-standing tradition of providing service and products, supported by an experienced and pasionate staff.
